智通财经APP获悉，京东集团(02618)尾盘涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.63%，报13.56港元，成交额1.59亿港元。
消息面上，1月27日，即时配送和本地零售平台达达集团公告称，董事会收到京东集团于2025年1月25日提交的初步非约束性提议函。此后，2月6日，德邦股份宣布，京东卓风通过大宗交易方式增持公司股份，京东物流持股德邦增至74.88%。值得注意的是，近期有报道称，京东外卖悄然上线，网传佣金只抽5%。
此外，恒生指数公司将于2月21日盘后公布恒生系列指数半年度审议结果。中金表示，恒生指数调整方面，京东物流等位列符合纳入名单前列，有可能成为纳入的潜在候选者。
