2月5日,新春开工首日,在洋山港海事局的远程交通组织和现场守护下,小洋山北工程项目15艘工程船顺利开工。
小洋山北作业区集装箱码头及配套工程作为国家“十四五”规划102项国家重大工程之一,其建设进度一直备受瞩目。该工程拟建设7个7万吨级和15个2万吨级集装箱泊位及工作船码头、防波堤、航道、锚地等配套设施,码头岸线总长6100米,防波堤7500米,对于提升上海国际航运中心功能和我国国际航运竞争力具有重要意义。
为保障小洋山北工程项目工程船在开工第一天顺利作业,洋山港海事局提前部署,精心组织。海事执法人员深入施工现场,了解工程进展和具体施工计划,提出针对性的安全监管要求。同时,依托船舶交通管理系统(VTS)等科技手段,加强对施工水域的实时监控,确保施工船舶的安全作业。
在保障工程船开工的同时,洋山港海事局还密切关注小洋山南侧集装箱船的安全进出港情况,全面统筹安全与发展,不断突破通航能力瓶颈,保障洋山港集装箱船舶数量和集装箱吞吐量持续保持高位运行。
截至2月5日15时,16艘国际干线集装箱船舶、20艘国内支线集装箱船舶已安全、高效进出港,预计全天干线集装箱船进出港29艘次,内支线集装箱船进出港30余艘次,展现了洋山港作为全球航运枢纽的强劲活力。
