德国制药巨头默克公司（Merck KGaA）确认，正在就收购美国生物制药公司SpringWorks Therapeutics进行深入谈判，后者是一家专门研究罕见疾病和癌症的公司。

　　默克当地时间周一晚间表示，双方尚未达成具有法律约束力的协议，也不确定是否会达成任何交易。该公司补充说，关键条件尚未满足。

　　SpringWorks在2023年底推出了其首款药物Ogsiveo，用于治疗一种罕见的肿瘤，这种肿瘤发生在成人的结缔组织中，被称为硬纤维瘤。该公司正在等待美国药品监管机构对其申请mirdametinib的决定，mirdametinib是一种治疗罕见遗传性疾病1型神经纤维瘤病（NF1）的候选药物。

　　在有关SpringWorks正在与默克谈判的消息传出后，该公司股价周一大涨34%。FactSet的数据显示，这使得这家总部位于康涅狄格州斯坦福德的公司市值达到了40.2亿美元。
