Odaily星球日报讯 韩国前民主党议员金南国因未在国会登记持有大量虚拟资产（货币）而接受审判，一审法院判决其无罪。 法院裁定，“根据当时的《公职人员道德法》，虚拟资产不属于登记资产”，“很难看出被告有义务对相关资产进行登记”。 其继续表示，“即使财产申报存在不充分或不准确的部分，国会道德委员会也无法准确判断实际财产总额，但也很难看出审查权受到层级结构的制约”。 去年 8 月，前议员金南国被指控在 2021 年和 2022 年国会议员财产申报前，将其部分加密货币账户存款转入银行存款账户，妨碍国会道德委员会对财产变化情况的审查，并因此被起诉。（TV Chosun）
