金吾财讯 | 东吴证券发布的研报指出，AI终端的爆发正带动SoC芯片需求增长。SoC芯片作为各类硬件设备的主控单元，发挥着运算控制等核心功能，堪称硬件的“大脑”。随着DeepSeek的推出，其低成本、高性能以及开源模式，推动了上游推理芯片、训练芯片不断进步，从而促进了AI的端侧应用与硬件发展，进一步带动了对SoC芯片的需求。
同时，高端SoC测试机市场前景广阔，但目前急需国产实现突破。由于SoC芯片具有高度集成性，这使得其测试难度较大。在SoC测试机中，最核心的部件是测试板卡，根据所要测试芯片的差异，需插入不同的板卡，并且板卡还需要相关配套芯片来实现测试功能。目前，国内测试机在800兆及以下基本采用常规FPGA，而1.6G及以上的高端芯片则无法再使用FPGA。海外龙头在800兆以上的高端机型中，均采用自研ASIC芯片。
