消息面上，医思健康去年底公布，拟收购Rising Gold Phoenix 90%股权。目标公司主要从事投资控股以及透过其附属公司以 BMF、Marie France、史云逊及 Harvard Addhair Technologies 等品牌名称从事提在在香港及澳门经营的订制护肤解决方案及专业护发解决方案；及在香港经营的综合美容护理解决方案。
开源证券指出，短期医美消费承压，但重组胶原蛋白等差异化品类仍表现优异；长期看，我国医美行业“渗透率+ 国产化率+合规化”多重提升逻辑未变，期待消费回暖带动行业恢复。
