K. H. Group Holdings (HKG:1557) said its wholly owned subsidiary K. H. Foundations is facing winding-up proceedings from Ince & Co. at Hong Kong's High Court, due to non-payment of legal costs of about HK$2.1 million plus interest.
The hearing is set for April 2. The company aims to negotiate with the petitioner regarding a "practicable settlement plan," according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse
