新世界(00017.HK) 旗下北角“皇都”上周六(8日)起收票，暂收逾3,000票，按首两张价单143伙数计，超额认购近20倍。发展商将于短期内上载销售安排，最快本周末发售。
发展商透露，入票的客户中，60%来自港岛区，九龙及新界客户分别占20%及20%，客源分布平均。约一半来自本地客，近半来自内地买家, 包括上海、广州及重庆等，亦不乏来新加坡及其他海外国际买家，客源多元化，不乏投资客、港漂人才、本地分支家庭及港岛CBD精英等。
