** Last week, PepsiCo PEP.O forecasted weak annual profit as Americans continue to pare back spending on soft drinks and snacks. PEP shares fell 4.5% on the news
** Of the 28 analysts that cover KO, the breakdown of recommendations is 21 "strong buy" or "buy" and 7 "hold" ratings
** Median analyst PT of $72 is down slightly from $73 a month ago and $75 on Dec. 10
