智通财经APP获悉，西班牙毕尔巴鄂银行(BBVA.US)正在通过整合银行其他部门的科技业务来加强其企业和投资银行部门。
据西班牙毕尔巴鄂银行内部备忘录显示，这家西班牙第二大贷款机构计划将专注于高增长科技公司的BBVA Spark以及其数字资产和区块链战略部门整合进企业和投资银行部门。
作为此次调整的一部分，BBVA Spark负责人罗伯托·阿尔巴拉德霍(Roberto Albaladejo)将担任可持续发展以及企业和投资银行部门的全球战略、行业和跨境业务负责人，向哈维尔·罗德里格斯·索勒(Javier Rodríguez Soler)汇报。圣地亚哥·穆古鲁萨(Santiago Muguruza)将担任Spark部门的负责人。
毕尔巴鄂银行企业和投资银行部门约占该银行总利润的25%。该部门去年报告的净收入为27.8亿欧元(约合29亿美元)，比2023年增长了24%。
近几个月来，毕尔巴鄂银行一直在招聘人员，以扩大其在美国和英国的企业和投资银行业务。
