消息面上，京东物流正式启动开年招聘计划。今年上半年，公司计划招聘3万人，提供近100种不同岗位，涵盖了前线管理者、储备管理、速递员、国际业务、解决方案、产品、销售、物流规划等多个领域。
另外，据京东官方账号“京东黑板报”消息显示，京东集团将正式启动外卖业务，目前正在进行“品质堂食餐饮商家”的招募，2025年5月1日前入驻的商家，全年免佣金。此前，曾有市场传闻称，“京东外卖”将以5%的低用金切入市场，吸引餐饮商家入驻。
