智通财经APP获悉，优然牧业(09858)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.26%，报2.2港元，成交额1614.42万港元。
消息面上，2月12日，明晟公司(MSCI)公布了2月份指数审议结果，调整将于2月28日收盘后生效。MSCI全球小盘股指数于中国地区纳入优然牧业等标的。东方证券指出，优然牧业为国内最大的原料奶供应商，24H1末拥有96座牧场、60万头奶牛，23年产量302万吨。公司营收从2018年63亿提升至2023年187亿，其中原料奶业务收入从26亿提升至129亿(CAGR为38%)；2024H1实现营收101亿(yoy+11%)，受益原奶产量提升。
该行续指，公司原奶销售结构优良，特色生鲜乳占比可观，24H1原料奶平均售价为4.16元/kg；售奶毛利率在业内领先。在售奶赚钱的基础上，公司奶牛存栏规模领先，成母牛单产较高，为公司创造良好收益。公司建设牧场的战略布局已完成，未来投资规模有望大幅缩减，资本开支有望下降；公司经营性现金流稳健增长，该行认为公司现金流向上拐点或已出现。预计24年全年奶牛公允价值下降10亿左右；若25年奶价跌幅收窄，则公司奶牛公允价值跌幅将同步收窄，意味着公司利润拐点早于奶价拐点。
