新世界(00017.HK) 位于北角的皇都戏院住宅项目“皇都”加推39伙，并落实本周六(15日)首轮推售168伙。新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总监何家欣表示，以定价计算，168个单位总值约19亿。另外，项目累计暂收逾4,000票。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部助理总经理陈冬阳表示，首轮销售安排包括44伙一房户、122伙两房户、2伙三房户，面积介乎321至726平方呎，折实售价由605.5万至2,039.2万元，折实呎价介乎16,888至28,088元。
何家欣指，项目将在周六共分4组(X、S、A及B组)销售，其中X组为维港珍藏大宅买家提名之合资格买家，每个提名权可买1伙；S组买家最少购买3伙，最多可购9伙；而A组买家可购最少1伙指定单位或最少2伙，最多可购3伙；B组买家可购1至3伙。
