智通财经APP讯，保利置业集团(00119)发布公告，于2025年1月26日，中国证券监督管理委员会(“中国证监会”)批准公司一家于中国注册成立的全资附属公司保利置业集团有限公司(“上海保利置业”)有关建议向专业投资者分期公开发行面值总额不超过人民币70亿元的国内公司债券的申请。根据该批准，上海保利置业可在中国证监会批准公司债券发行建议之日起24个月内分期发行公司债券。
