　　金涌投资（01328）公布，公司与迈富时（02556）于2025年2月11日订立了一份战略合作框架备忘录。

　　根据战略合作备忘录，该公司及迈富时（及╱或其各自的关联方）将探索可行的合作，包括海外战略发展、资本市场举措、人工智能（AI）应用合作等多方面；当中建议公司（及╱或其关联方）可在公司与迈富时（及╱或其各自的关联方）进一步协商订立最终具体协议的基础上，为迈富时（及╱或其关联方）提供一系列的服务，包括但不限于海外业务拓展财务建议、海外资本市场及投融资财务建议、投资管理产品、资产配置等方面服务。公司预期就上述所提供的服务收取费用。

　　公告称，该集团主要从事提供投资管理业务、战略性直接投资业务及企业顾问服务业务。公司相信战略合作备忘录为公司业务能力及潜能的一个有力证明。
