智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，预期集团的本年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)溢利较截至2023年12月31日止年度的本年度溢利，将取得约35%的下降幅度。
公告称，上述预期下降幅度乃主要由于集团需对物业存货以及其他存货计提减值准备。其中大部分为集团现代服务业业务板块中建设发展业务的部分区域物业受中国房地产市场持续低迷影响而计提减值，以及集团其他业务分部的存货价值也下降。集团根据会计准则的要求增加了相关房地产存货及其他存货的减值准备，主要反映了当前市场环境的变化。未来集团将继续密切关注市场动态，并可能根据市场变化适时作出调整以反映其资产价值。
此外，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩也预计受到其智能系统技术业务板块表现的影响，归因于市场竞争环境影响，智能终端产品的销售单价大幅下降、中小尺寸显示业务承压，导致营业收入、毛利率同比下降。
