联众(06899.HK) 公布，据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，联交所可将任何连续停牌18个月的证券除牌。就该公司而言，该18个月期限将于今年9月27日到期。若公司未能纠正导致其停牌的问题、达成复牌指引、全面遵守上市规则致令联交所满意并于今年9月27日之前恢复其股份买卖，则上市科将建议上市委员会着手撤销公司的上市地位。
公告指，联众正积极进行工作，以尽力在上述期限前解决导致其停牌的问题及履行复牌指引。但鉴于调查尚未完成，其复牌时间存在重大不确定性。
应联众要求，其股份已自2024年3月28日起于联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖直至公司达成所有复牌指引、纠正导致其停牌的问题，以及全面遵守上市规则致令联交所满意。(js/w)
