Bright Horizons Family Solutions (BFAM) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.98 per diluted share, up from $0.83 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $674.1 million, compared with $615.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $672.4 million.
The company expects 2025 adjusted diluted earnings per share of $3.95 to $4.15 on revenue of $2.85 billion to $2.90 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.99 and $2.89 billion, respectively.
Shares were up over 3% in recent after-hours activity.
