智通财经APP讯，百洋医药(301015.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司北京百洋智合医学成果转化服务有限公司(简称“百洋智合”)与上海罗氏制药有限公司(简称“罗氏制药”)签订了《推广协议》，约定罗氏制药聘请百洋智合在中国大陆区域内独家推广产品(利妥昔单抗注射液，商品名：美罗华®)。
据悉，本次合作的利妥昔单抗注射液(商品名：美罗华®)是罗氏原研的全球首个、特异性作用于CD20抗原的单克隆抗体，同时也是全球第一个抗肿瘤治疗单克隆抗体。若产品推广顺利实施，将有利于提升公司的持续盈利能力，对公司业绩产生积极影响。
