智通财经APP讯，山东墨龙(00568)公布，董事会同意公司和山东寿光蔬菜批发市场有限公司(以下简称“蔬菜批发公司”)与寿光宝隆石油器材有限公司(以下简称“寿光宝隆”)签署《三方协议》，约定公司将对寿光宝隆的约1.69亿元债权转让给蔬菜批发公司，蔬菜批发公司以8400 万元现金及其持有的评估价值 8511.98 万元的土地及房屋建(构)筑物支付对价。本次交易完成后，寿光宝隆对公司欠款余额约 2.92 亿元。
