Centuria Capital Group Unit Creates Sovereign AI Factory, Marketplace

Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) 50%-owned data service provider, ResetData, launched a sovereign public artificial intelligence (AI) factory known as "AI-F1", according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The AI-F1 supercomputer, powered by Nvidia H200 graphics processing unit clusters and utilizing ResetData's proprietary Liquid Cooling technology, is being constructed within Centuria Office REIT's (ASX:COF) property, the filing said.

ResetData also introduced the AI Marketplace, offering Nvidia-certified enterprise AI models for deployment across multiple sectors, boosting access to AI, machine learning, and large language models for businesses and governments.
