智通财经APP讯，H&H国际控股(01112)发布公告，有关本公司通知信托人及该等票据持有人其有意于2025年2月13日悉数赎回未偿还该等票据(于2026年到期的13.5%优先票据)的相关事宜。本公司已于赎回日期按相等于赎回本金额109.54%的赎回价另加截至赎回日期(不包括当日)的应计及未付利息，悉数赎回本金总额为2470.5万美元的未偿还该等票据(赎回)。
赎回完成后，该等票据已予注销，且概无已发行该等票据。本公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请撤销该等票据上市。预期有关撤销上市将于2025年2月21日营业时间结束时生效。
