　　友邦保险（01299）盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.97%，现报53.75港元，成交额13.77亿港元。

　　2月12日，友邦保险发布公告，本公司欣然宣布，已透过场内回购合共本公司14.09亿股股份（占本公司截至2022年3月公告公布当日已发行股份总数的11.7%），完成其总价值约120亿美元（相当于约938.99亿港元）的股份回购计划。
