在去年最后几个月，沃伦·巴菲特旗下伯克希尔继续削减长期押注的美国银行，对苹果公司的持股，在之前的削减之后维持不变。

　　周五的监管备案文件显示，总部位于内布拉斯加州奥马哈的这家企业集团，去年第四季度将其在美国银行的持股比例降至8.9%。伯克希尔再早的减持导致持股比例低于10%，免除了快速披露交易的要求。

　　截至周五收盘剩余持仓价值319亿美元。现年94岁的巴菲特从7月中旬开始减持对美国银行的投资，但没有提供任何解释。

　　在2024年早些时候减持苹果公司股份之后，伯克希尔在去年最后几个月没有进一步减持。这家iPhone手机制造商仍然是伯克希尔的最大持仓个股，占其投资组合的28%。持股价值当季增长逾50亿美元。

　　预计伯克希尔将在本月晚些时候发布年报，以及巴菲特传统上致股东的信函。
