Kencana Agri's (SGX:BNE) chief operating officer, Tonny Hermawan, will step down from the role, effective Feb. 28, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Hermawan has resigned to pursue personal interests. The chief executive officer will assume his duties, the filing stated.
