消息面上，华润建材科技发盈警，预期2024年公司拥有人应占盈利同比减少大约62%至72%，主要由于2024年集团非水泥及混凝土业务的毛利率较2023年下降；2023年处置附属公司取得一次性收益人民币1.636亿元；2024年取得减值亏损。
值得注意的是，据百年建筑网调研，春节后广东珠三角地区水泥市场偏弱运行，初八复工以来，广州、中山、珠海等多地包装水泥价格下跌20-25元/吨，部分品牌散装水泥价格同样跟进回落，水泥价格较节前有所下滑。据悉，公司水泥产能主要布局在两广地区。
