格隆汇2月13日｜媒体引述消息人士表示，美国资产管理公司贝莱德(BlackRock)旗下一只基金决定不偿还位于上海的写字楼项目贷款后，将相关资产交予渣打银行。消息称，该银团贷款由渣打银行牵头，并于去年9月底到期。 消息人士指出，该基金为其2018年购买的上海北岸长风两幢写字楼贷款约7.8亿元人民币。贝莱德曾寻求以较买入价低30%的价格转手，但未能售出。该笔贷款在2023年到期时已获展期一年，贷款人拒绝第二次展期。 有关商厦是上海北岸长风E幢和G幢办公楼，楼面面积约2.78万方米，贝莱德2018年以12亿元向私募基金保德信房地产集团购入，若以七折计算，叫价约8.4亿元。
