智通财经APP获悉，新奥能源(02688)午前涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.28%，报53.6港元，成交额1.81亿港元。
消息面上，近日，中国国务院公布自本月10日起，会对美国入口的液化天然气(LNG)征收关税15%。大摩发布研报称，上述此举对中国内地公用燃气公司的影响轻微，并指中国内地去年从美国入口430万吨LNG，仅占总LNG进口5.6%或总进口天然气3%左右。所以，认为上述关税应对中国内地整体进口天然气的成本影响不大。整体而言，对中国内地整体燃气成本及能源安全的影响有限，更便宜的美国燃气价格也可部分抵销关税。该行认为，对包括新奥能源等燃气公司的影响中性。
此外，汇丰研究指出，美国宣布对中国加税10%关税，从中国对美国进口石油和天然气的关税不会对中国石油和天然气公司造成太大的忧虑，因为相对于燃料进口的整体市场而言，受影响数量的强度和组合较小且受控的。该行相信中国关税对新奥能源等LNG进口影响不大。
