The value of China's total social logistics was at 360.6 trillion yuan in 2024, up 5.8% from the previous year, Xinhua News reported Wednesday, citing data from China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
The rise was attributed to industrial logistics, which grew 5.8% to 318.4 trillion yuan. The logistics volume of high-tech products, such as integrated circuits, jumped over 15%, the report said.
The ratio of social logistics costs to gross domestic product slid 0.3 percentage points year on year to 14.1%, highlighting an improvement in efficiency, the report said.
