2月14日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局襄阳监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国平安财产保险股份有限公司襄阳中心支公司因财务管理不严谨，费用开支不规范，被罚款10万元。

　　同时，蔡梅（时任中国平安财产保险股份有限公司南漳支公司经理）因财务管理不严谨，费用开支不规范，被警告并处罚款1万元。
