【环球网报道】据美国彭博社当地时间14日消息，一名匿名知情人士披露，应特朗普政府官员要求，台积电正考虑取得美国英特尔公司工厂控股权。路透社最新消息称，一名白宫官员表示，特朗普不太可能支持涉外企业接管美国芯片厂。

彭博社援引知情人士的话披露，特朗普政府官员近期与台积电方面的会晤中提出让这两家企业达成交易的想法，台积电对此表示接受。虽然不清楚英特尔的态度，但预期结果可能是台积电全面营运英特尔在美国的半导体工厂。

同样报道此事的路透社称，一名白宫官员就上述消息作出回应。该官员表示，特朗普政府支持涉外企业在美投资和建设，但“不太可能”支持涉外企业运营英特尔工厂。

据台媒此前报道，台积电于北京时间12日、13日首次在美国举行董事会，这是台积电成立37年来首度将董事会移到台湾地区之外举行。“台积电董事会沦为鸿门宴？”岛内半导体分析师陆行之在脸书上发文，提出对台积电在美开董事会的疑问，他不确定这是台积电自愿的决定，还是美国政府的要求。陆行之认为，若是后者，那么会议背后恐隐含重大信息或决策。他透露自己听到一些内部消息，并提到“3种结果”，包括台积电可能会宣布扩大对美投资，技术入股变成无偿或小偿的技术转移，或对英特尔进行数百亿美元的投资，以换取短期的稳定。
