【蔚来：“高速领航换电期间发生碰撞”表述不实】金十数据2月15日讯，2月14日晚，蔚来法务部微信公众号发布关于打击黑公关和水军等维权行动进展的说明，提及关注到网络账号“老七”2月13日发布失实微博，称其驾驶蔚来车辆在高速领航换电期间发生碰撞，后又主动承认表述不实并删除相关微博，造成严重负面舆情，导致公众对于蔚来高速领航换电功能的有效性产生严重误解。蔚来法务部表示，经核实，该车辆碰撞发生时完全处于驾驶人控制的状态，本次碰撞系驾驶人操作失误导致。该网络账号持有人亦已承认前述事实。
