据美国彭博社和《华尔街日报》2月14日援引消息人士的说法报道，在收到美国总统特朗普任命的司法部长帕姆·邦迪（Pam Bondi）的保证后，苹果公司和谷歌公司在自己的应用商店将TikTok恢复上架。

据消息人士透露，这两家科技公司已经收到邦迪的一封信，信中向它们保证，恢复上架TikTok“不构成违法”，不会面临法律后果。

上述消息传出后，路透社等外媒14日证实，TikTok已经在苹果和谷歌的美国应用商店重新上架。

几周前，在特朗普就任前不久，苹果和谷歌公司按照美国“不卖就禁”法律的要求，下架了这款短视频分享应用程序。而在“不卖就禁”法律即将生效几小时前，当地时间1月18日晚，TikTok停止了对美国用户的服务，后在19日上午恢复了部分基础功能。

特朗普在20日就任后签署行政令，给予TikTok“不卖就禁”法律75天宽限期。
