Piper Sandler：轮动策略正当其时，美股波动中小盘股迎来买入良机
智通财经APP获悉，Piper Sandler首席市场技术分析师Craig W. Johnson表示，尽管美国股市整体波动较大，但主要股指仍处于上涨趋势，投资者应继续看到“低市值股票，尤其是价值型股票”的买入机会。
Craig W. Johnson在一份报告中表示：“尽管围绕盈利、通胀和关税担忧的整体波动加剧，但我们认为现在不是投资者撤退的时候。相反，现在是进行轮动的时候。”
以小盘股为主的罗素2000指数较一个月前上涨了2.9%，其中约2.4%的涨幅发生在最近五天。对此，Craig W. Johnson表示，该指数从接近50日移动均线附近的上方阻力位回落，其相对强弱指数(RSI)已“回落至中线，在确认顶部突破时增加头寸”。
据悉，当RSI值超过70时，表示市场超买，可能面临回调;当RSI值低于30时，表示市场超卖，可能迎来反弹。
