蔚来回应“高速领航换电期间撞上充电站”：不实，系驾驶人操作失误导致
2月14日，蔚来法务部发文称，关注到网络账号“老七”2月13日发布失实微博，称其驾驶蔚来车辆在高速领航换电期间发生碰撞，后又主动承认表述不实并删除相关微博，造成严重负面舆情，导致公众对于蔚来高速领航换电功能的有效性产生严重误解，对蔚来的声誉造成极大损害。
经核实，该车辆碰撞发生时完全处于驾驶人控制的状态，本次碰撞系驾驶人操作失误导致。该网络账号持有人亦已承认前述事实。
蔚来法务部表示，我们正告相关人员审慎发布任何污蔑和抹黑蔚来及貌似澄清道歉实却博取流量的信息。蔚来的一线员工伙伴在不知情的情况下出于对用户的关怀免除其对换电站损失的赔偿责任，我们充分肯定与支持一线员工伙伴以用户利益优先的做法，但对任何恶意污蔑攻击蔚来和用户的行为，及以相关事件反复炒作以博取流量的行为，蔚来都将坚决采取法律措施，维护蔚来的合法权益。我们将与其联系要求其赔偿因引发负面舆情对蔚来造成的损失，并将捐助公益事业。
