BlockBeats 消息，2 月 13 日，据 The Block 报道，摩根大通分析师称，为了遵守美国拟议的稳定币监管规定，Tether 可能需要出售一些不符合规定的资产——包括比特币、贵金属、企业票据和担保贷款。
美国已提出两项稳定币法案——众议院的《稳定币透明度与问责法案》（STABLE Act）和参议院的《美国稳定币创新引导与建立法案》（GENIUS Act），旨在通过许可要求、风险管理规则以及 1:1 储备金支持来监管稳定币发行商。
根据众议院的 STABLE 法案，Tether 仅有 66% 的储备符合规定，而根据参议院的 GENIUS 法案，符合标准的储备比例为 83%，摩根大通分析师 Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou 领导的团队在周三的报告中写道。值得注意的是，分析师表示，这两个数字都表明自 2024 年中期以来，随着稳定币供应量的激增，Tether 的合规比例有所下降。
