智通财经APP讯，比高集团(08220)发布公告，于2025年2月13日(于交易时段后)，公司间接全资附属公司辉驰(上海)投资咨询有限公司与杭州恺兴网路科技有限公司(恺兴网路)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
根据谅解备忘录，集团拟与恺兴网路合作，透过一间合营企业推广生成式人工智能游戏业务，该合营企业于中国成立后将由集团拥有15%权益及恺兴网路拥有85%权益。
公告称，成立合营企业将使集团能够借助恺兴网路的经验和资源，探索生成式人工智能技术及相关领域。由于AIGC能够提高集团影视主营业务的产品多样性，董事会认为有关探索符合公司及股东的整体利益。
