全球半导体材料主要供应商JX Advanced Metals寻求通过首次公开募股（IPO）筹集约4，600亿日元（30亿美元），这将是2018年以来日本最大一笔IPO交易。

　　该公司是石油巨头Eneos Holdings Inc．的子公司，据提交财务省的公司文件，指导价为每股862日元。该公司将于3月19日在东京证券交易所上市。

　　这笔交易规模将超过去年地铁运营商Tokyo Metro的大规模上市交易，成为自软银2018年12月上市以来规模最大的IPO交易。

　　此次发行预示着日本IPO可能又迎来辉煌的一年，日本IPO市场在2024年表现优于亚洲地区。这家金属公司的大型IPO交易受到其他寻求上市的企业密切关注，会将此视为市场热度是否将持续的风向标。

　　日本最大的炼油商Eneos将出售多达5.349亿股股票。总部位于东京的Eneos曾表示，将把筹集的资金用于提高股东回报和脱碳方面的投资。
