智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)公布，该集团预期截至2024年12月31日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占溢利不超过200万林吉特，而2023年同期集团则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约300万林吉特。
公告称，预期溢利增长主要由于期内收益大幅增加，毛利较2023年同期大幅增加，主要是由于期内授予的新合约的毛利率高于其他正在进行的合约，而部分被因拨备违约金及赔偿金导致楼宇及基础设施服务部门产生毛损而所抵消;及一般及行政开支较2023年同期有所增加，主要是由于员工人数增加及员工薪酬增加导致员工成本增加，及因出售就收购投资物业所付按金而增加的印花税所致。
