国金证券指出，AI赋能在线问诊和健康管理，线上医疗效率与质量双优化。通过医生以及海量咨询数据训练中持续优化，从而更加精准、有效地为病人提供初级诊断咨询，以不断提升的效率帮助医生减小常规、重负担，提高医疗效率。AI如能参与审方辅助，有望此前完全靠人力进行远程处方审核所带来的低效与误判等问题，极大提升了远程处方管理的系统性、准确性和高效性。
粤开证券此前指出，互联网寻医问药具有便捷、快速、隐私性强等特点，尤其是随着大数据、云服务、人工智能等技术赋能，整体增长较为强劲。2024年前三季度中国网上药店终端市场销售额达532亿元，同比增长17.5%，是公立医院、线下药店等所有终端市场中增长最快的。我们判断2025年线上购药将继续保持高速增长，在处方外流持续推进、医保个账支付逐步扩围、线上问诊更加普及等利好带动下，线上购药需求将加速释放。
