　　联众（06899）发布公告，根据上市规则第6.01A（1）条，联交所可将任何连续停牌18个月的证券除牌。就本公司而言，该18个月期限将于2025年9月27日到期。若本公司未能纠正导致其停牌的问题、达成复牌指引、全面遵守上市规则致令联交所满意并于2025年9月27日之前恢复其股份买卖，则上市科将建议上市委员会着手撤销本公司的上市地位。根据上市规则第6.01条及第6.10条，联交所亦有权酌情缩短特定补救期。本公司正积极进行工作，以尽力在上述期限前解决导致其停牌的问题及履行复牌指引。但鉴于调查尚未完成，本公司复牌时间存在重大不确定性。
