　　瑞声科技（02018）发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度（2024财政年度）的未经审核本公司所有人应占综合净利将上升至人民币17亿元至人民币18.15亿元之间，即比截至2023年12月31日止年度增加约130%至 145%。

　　盈利显著增长主要受惠于环球智能手机市场回暖及升规趋势，带动多个产品分部的产品组合优化，以及持续提高运营效率的影响。此外，于2024年2月完成收购 Acoustics Solutions International B.V．的第一批次交易事项亦为本集团盈利带来正面贡献并进一步提升车载市场的业务增长潜力。
