消息面上，美国总统特朗普表示，他周三与俄罗斯总统普京进行了交谈，双方同意就结束俄乌战争进行谈判。特朗普在社交媒体平台发帖称，他计划周三晚些时候就这次谈话致电乌克兰总统泽连斯基。值得注意的是，今年1月份，克里姆林宫表示，欧盟可能对俄罗斯铝实施制裁。
据悉，俄罗斯铝金属是全球重要的生产国之一，据SMM数据显示，2023年俄罗斯电解铝总产量约为406.2万吨，约占全球总供应量的5.6%左右，产量位居全球第三，除此之外，俄罗斯铝金属主要用于出口市场，是海外铝重要出口国家。俄铝是俄罗斯最大的铝冶炼供应商，据该企业2023年年报数据显示，其最大的销售方向就是亚洲地区，在2023年占比高达38.4%。
