The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.46 per share.
The cloud-based technology products developer posted revenue of $1.19 billion in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Nine analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.18 billion.
For the current quarter ending in March, GoDaddy said it expects revenue in the range of $1.18 billion to $1.2 billion.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $4.86 billion to $4.94 billion.
