Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Posts Higher 2024 Adjusted Recurring Earnings as Net Rental Income Rises

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) reported Thursday that its 2024 adjusted recurring earnings per share rose to 9.85 euros from 9.62 euros a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting adjusted recurring EPS of 9.81 euros.

Net rental income on an IFRS basis for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was 1.92 billion euros, up from 1.79 billion euros in the same period last year. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected 1.97 billion euros.

On a proportionate basis, net rental income was 2.31 billion euros, up from 2.21 billion euros a year earlier.

The shopping mall operator expects adjusted recurring EPS of 9.30 euros to 9.50 euros in 2025. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expect 9.62 euros for the year.
