智通财经APP讯，中国金石(01380)公布，截至2025年2月11日(星期二)下午四时正(即接纳供股股份并缴付股款的最后时限)，已接获暂定配额通知书项下合共五份有效申请及接纳，涉及合共 2,638,069股供股股份，占供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数约2.59%。根据认购结果，供股未获足额认购，未获认购的供股股份数目为99,344,857股，占供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数约97.41%。
根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b) 条，公司已作出补偿安排，透过将99,344,857股未获认购供股股份提呈发售予独立承配人的方式出售该等未获认购供股股份，收益拨归相关不采取行动股东所有。供股不设额外申请安排。
