时代电气回购192万股 总金额5817万港元
财中社2月13日电时代电气（688187/03898）发布公告，2025年2月13日，公司进行了股份回购，回购数量为192万股，回购价格为每股29.85港元至每股31港元，合计支付金额为5817万港元。根据公告，公司在2024年6月27日获得了购回股份的授权，授权总数为5426万股，截至目前，已根据该授权回购3317万股，占授权决议通过日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的6.1132%。
此外，公告中提到截至2025年2月13日，公司已发行股份总数为5.38亿股，库存股份数目为0。此次股份回购旨在优化资本结构，增强公司价值。
