吉利汽车(00175.HK) 公布，领克收购事项及领克注资事项之全部先决条件已达成，有关交易已于周五(14日)完成。
公告披露，于领克收购事项及领克注资事项完成后，领克当前由宁波吉利拥有49%之权益及浙江极氪(ZK.US) 拥有51%之权益；领克已成为极氪之间接非全资附属公司及吉利汽车之间接非全资附属公司；领克的财务业绩将分别于极氪集团及吉利汽车的综合财务报表综合入账。
公告亦提及，于领克收购事项完成后，估计该集团将录得未经审核收益约64.7亿元人民币。此收益乃源自领克的控制权发生变动，由合资公司转变为附属公司。收益指领克50%股权之公允值与先前所持领克权益，于今年1月31日之账面值之间之差额。据香港财务报告准则，此收益将于交易完成后在该集团综合财务报表内确认。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-14 16:25。) (美股为即时串流报价； OTC市场股票除外，资料延迟最少15分钟。)
