【吉利汽车：领克收购事项及领克注资事项的全部先决条件已达成】金十数据2月14日讯，吉利汽车(00175.HK)在港交所公告，领克收购事项及领克注资事项的全部先决条件已达成，有关交易已于2025年2月14日完成。领克当前由宁波吉利拥有49%权益及浙江极氪拥有51%权益，成为极氪的间接非全资附属公司及吉利汽车的间接非全资附属公司。领克的财务业绩将分别于极氪集团及吉利汽车的综合财务报表综合入账。于领克收购事项完成后，估计吉利汽车将录得未经审核收益约人民币64.7亿元（扣除税项、交易成本及其他惯常调整之前）。此收益指领克50%股权之公允值与先前所持领克权益（即50%股权）于2025年1月31日之账面值之间之差额，根据香港财务报告准则，此收益将于交易完成后在吉利汽车的综合财务报表内确认。
