兴业控股子公司签署融资租赁协议 融资租赁的总付款额约为6116万元
财中社2月13日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2025年2月13日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，金额为5000万元（相当于约5330万港元）。根据协议，绿金租赁将取得承租人不附带产权负担的资产所有权，并将这些资产返租给承租人，租期为六年。此次交易构成上市规则下的须予披露交易，因其适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%。
根据公告，融资租赁的总付款额约为6116万元（相当于约6520万港元），其中包括租赁本金5000万元及租赁利息和其他费用约1116万元。租赁本金及利息将在租期内按季度支付。
